Typically $12,000 to $22,000. A full tile re-roof, for when the tile itself has to go.
Typically $8,000 to $14,000. We keep your tile, replace the underlayment and flashing under it, and re-lay the tile. Usually 1 to 2 days.
Single-ply and spray foam (SPF) roof replacement. We don't publish ranges for flat or foam roofs; we quote those after an inspection.
These are typical ranges, not quotes. Your price comes in a written scope after we inspect the roof, before any work starts.
Every full re-roof: "10-year workmanship warranty on every full re-roof, 2 years on repairs."
Premium tile system: "Up to a 30-year workmanship warranty from All Storm, plus Polyglass's 30-year product and labor warranty, on our premium tile system."
Top-tier TAMKO shingle system: "Up to a 25-year manufacturer-backed workmanship warranty on our top-tier full TAMKO shingle system."
Tile underlayment only: "Warranty depends on the underlayment system you choose; select Polyglass systems carry up to a 30-year warranty."
The premium warranties apply to those specific systems, not to every roof. Your written scope shows which warranty your job carries.
We quote whatever scope you want, from one section to the whole roof. For tile roofing in general, see our tile roofing page. For everything we do, see roofing services. Rebates may be available. Ask us what applies to your roof.
For a longer explanation of pricing, read what roof replacement costs in the East Valley, tile re-roofing cost in Gilbert and Chandler and why roof replacement quotes vary in Gilbert.
On most East Valley tile roofs, the underlayment wears out long before the tile does. That is why many tile roofs don't need new tile at all. The industry's tile group, TRI Alliance, says tiles "should not be installed over compromised underlayment regardless of the age of the roof system," so worn underlayment is replaced before the tile goes back on.
On an underlayment job we lift and stack your tile, check the deck, install new underlayment and flashing, and re-lay the tile. We use APOC and Polyglass underlayments. The job typically takes 1 to 2 days, depending on roof size. If some tile is broken and the profile is discontinued, we put the non matching tile where it can't be seen from the street.
A full tile re-roof makes more sense when the tile itself has to go. The inspection shows which one your roof needs. Read more about tile roof underlayment in Gilbert.
Not every worn or damaged roof needs replacing. Damage limited to one area is usually a roof repair. Replacement comes into the picture when wear is spread across the roof. A few markers from industry guidance:
A roof inspection tells you which case you're in. See also how to know if you need a new roof and repair or replacement after a monsoon storm.
We do shingle-to-tile conversions, but they are rare. Every conversion requires a structural engineer, a separate professional who is not part of All Storm Roofing. For the general pros and cons of each material, read tile roof vs shingle roof in the East Valley.
If a storm damaged your roof, we can meet your insurance adjuster at your home with your permission. At your request we send photos and inspection reports to your insurance company, and we prepare supplements when the scope needs one. What your policy covers is between you and your insurer.

Often just underlayment. On most East Valley tile roofs, the underlayment wears out long before the tile does. Tile underlayment only typically runs $8,000 to $14,000. The inspection decides which one your roof needs.
Both are used in Gilbert, and each has trade-offs in cost, weight and look. Our tile vs shingle guide covers them. Switching from shingle to tile is rare and requires a structural engineer.
Wear spread across the whole roof points toward replacement; damage in one area usually means a repair. An inspection tells you which, and we quote whatever scope you choose.
We can pull a permit for your re-roof when one is required. Gilbert Development Services can tell you what your project needs.
Our "10-year workmanship warranty on every full re-roof, 2 years on repairs." Premium systems carry more: up to a 30-year workmanship warranty on our premium tile system, and up to a 25-year manufacturer-backed workmanship warranty on our top-tier full TAMKO shingle system.
A typical re-roof takes 1 to 2 days. A tile underlayment job also typically takes 1 to 2 days, depending on roof size.
That depends on your policy and your insurer. We can meet your adjuster with your permission and send photos and inspection reports at your request, but we don't interpret coverage.
